Documentation requirements to support the sale of the unit title property:

 Sale of Unit Title Property

 As an owner of a strata title unit, you have legal obligations under the Unit Titles Act 2010 when selling your Unit. Attending to these and providing accurate information will ensure a valid and non-contestable sale & purchase Agreement.

 Disclosure Documents May Include

 • AGM Minutes

• BC Levy

• Body Corporate Rules

• Copy of Long Term Maintenance Plan (10 yr plus)

Other Documents for Sale Preparation: In selling your property it would be important to obtain the following information.

 • Title and Supplementary

 • Signed lease (and any variations or amendments)

• Any other owner costs budgeted (Re-decoration, Capital expenditure requirements)

• Floor Plan (if available)
